METHOD OF PREPRATION

1. Boil eggs according to your needs.
2. After peeling boiled eggs add turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt.
3. Toss it properly.
4. Heat a pan and saute eggs in it neatly.

PREPARING CURRY

1. Heat a pan add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and chopped green chili.
2. Saute them till it becomes golden brown.
3. Then add ginger, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to taste.
4. Mix them properly.
5. Add water according to your need whether you want it a little watery and thick.
6. Add tomatoes finely chopped
7. Grind the mixture to get smooth gravy.
8. Put eggs into the gravy.
9. Add coriander leaves.

PREPARING TADKA

1. Put mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing, Kashmiri chili powder, Kashmiri red chili, curry leaves, and saute in a pan.
2. Put it in curry with coriander leaves.
