The salty lake has no aquatic life and temperature ranges from about 30 to 10, Pangong attracts many migratory birds during the winter season in Ladakh.

Shalimar Bagh the Mughal Garden:

Shalimar Bagh is the largest of Mughal Garden. It was built in 1619 by Jahangir for his beautiful wife Noor Jahan. This garden overlooks the beautiful Dal lake and showcases the surreal Mughal architecture. Also, the garden has many varieties of beautiful flowers, lush tall trees of walnuts and almonds. It is located in Srinagar.

Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden:

Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden was opened in 2007 to improve tourism and floriculture in the region. It is of the top 5 tulip garden with the rarest varieties such as Queen of Night. It even has an annual festival which held in the month of March and May.

Pahalgam:

Pahalgam is located in the Anantnag district of Jammu at an elevation of 2749 meters above sea level. Also called the valley of shepherds. In fact, some of the stunning places of Pahalgam are Sheshnag lake and beautiful pine trees and apart from that, it is one of the best places to experience trekking and skiing. Pahalgam in itself is a beautiful place to visit on a family holiday, the usual temperature is around 2-3 degrees.

Amarnath Cave:

Amarnath Gave is one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also considered as one of the most important pilgrimage sites for many Hindus. Also, the cave is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva revealed the secret of life and eternity to Goddess Parvathi. Inside the cave, you can see Shiva linga and two other ice formation of Goddess Parvathi and son Ganesha. This 5000-year-old shrine truly a must-visit place in Jammu and Kashmir for Hindus.
